There are countless local farms and farm products available in this region.  We do not intend to reinvent the wheel on this blog, but the farms listed below are simply ones that our group members have used.  Please contact us if you would like to see other farms (including apiaries) listed here!

*NOTE: as of March 2013, we are discussing how to get this C.S.A. to Indiana.  We might create a rotation schedule of people to make a weekly pick-up at the farm, but nothing is concrete yet.  The farmer has asked us to stay in touch and we can work something out!*

The Indiana County Farmers' Market runs from June to October.  See the Tourist Bureau site for more information.

The Indiana County Fair features farmers from all over the region.  It is held annually at the end of August.

Home delivery of fresh, rBST-hormone-free milk and dairy products.  Vale Wood Farms grows the crops to feed their own herd of cows and allow the cows access to pasture as weather permits.  The milk is processed into a full line of all-natural dairy products, including ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, buttermilk, and more.  They also deliver other items like eggs and frozen goods that do not carry the Vale Wood name.  Call for prices and further information.
